(DCS) specializes in compressing manufacturing cycle time
from PC board design to completed product introduction. This is accomplished
by providing deliveries of high-tech, multilayer PC boards in 12 to
72 hours. Although standard lead time is only 10 days, most product
ships in 24 to 72 hours.
DCS operates three shifts, seven days a week, 24 hours
a day to address the most critical bare board requirements. Experienced
customer service and engineering personnel are accessible 24 hours
a day to support quick-turn requirements. DCS was honored with the
Service Excellence Award by PC Fabrication Magazine and Technology
Forecasters in 1994 and 1995 for unsurpassed performance in Dependability
and Timely Delivery.
DCS provides manufacturing interface at the R&D
and pre-production levels within all electronic markets. Modern process
technology and core competence ensure consistent quality, delivery,
and overall best value on a broad range of finished product.

- Up to 24-layer multilayer
printed circuit boards
- SMT, BGA, and Micro-BGA packages
- LPI soldermasks, SMOBC,
white tin, OSP’s, gold, and carbon ink
- Controlled impedance and controlled dielectrics
- Blind and buried vias, 3 mil trace and space
- Rogers 4,000-series materials
